📦 Shipping Policy – Goat Milk Products (United States)

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Wednesday only to avoid weekend delays). Orders placed after Wednesday may ship the following week to ensure product freshness.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Because some goat milk products are perishable, we only allow local pick up.

     

     

    3. Shipping Days

    We ship Monday through Wednesday only to prevent packages from sitting in transit over the weekend.

    4. Shipping Locations (U.S. Only)

    We currently ship within the United States only.

    ⚠️ Important Note on Raw Goat Milk:
    Due to varying state laws, we do not ship raw goat milk. Only local pickup is allowed for perishable products.

    5. Delivery Responsibility

    Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the package upon delivery. We are not responsible for spoilage due to:

    • Missed deliveries
    • Packages left outside
    • Incorrect shipping addresses

    6. Returns & Refunds

    Due to the perishable nature of goat milk products, we do not accept returns.

    If your order arrives:

    • Damaged
    • Spoiled
    • Incorrect

    7. Weather & Transit Delays

    We may delay shipments during extreme weather conditions to ensure product quality. Carrier delays (UPS/FedEx) are outside our control.
